I cannot download WealthPark on my mobile phone. What should I do?
It sounds like your mobile device is not compatible with the WealthPark app. Until you get a new mobile device or update your mobile phone’s operating system, we suggest that you use the desktop version for WealthPark at https://app.wealthpark.io/
How do I create a WealthPark Account?
Once you have installed the WealthPark app on your mobile phone, open the app, and you will see a button that says “Sign Up”. Simply click on that button and follow the instructions provided to create a WealthPark account.
I forgot my password. What should I do?
- Open the app to arrive at the login page and click on “Can’t log in?”.
- You will be directed to another page to enter your email address.
- Enter your email address in the field provided and click “Submit” after you’re done.
- You should now receive a link in your email inbox to reset your password.
If I am a graduate from Value Investing College, how do I access the VIC Resources and VIC Calendar?
You will need your unique WealthPark code to access these.
If you’ve graduated from the Value Investing Bootcamp after July 2018, you should have received your WP code during your bootcamp.
If you’ve graduated earlier than July 2018 or if you are an MIP graduate however, you would need to go to https://8ly.cc/wpcode to generate your unique WealthPark code.
How do I view the premium features in WealthPark, like the IV line, Star Chart and WP Rating?
You would need to be subscribed to one of our premium packages to view the premium features.
Click on the icon at the bottom of the screen and select “Premium”. Select your preferred package, be it, Basic, Value or Ultimate and tap “Invest Now”.
You will be directed to a payment page that looks like this:
Once completed, you will arrive at a page which allows you to select your preferred exchanges.
You will then be asked to confirm the exchanges that you have selected (as it would be irreversible afterwards). Once you have confirmed, you may go start using your premium features!
How do I choose the exchanges that I want?
If you have signed up online through the app, you’ve most likely gone through the selection process after you have made your payment.
If you have signed up offline however (at one of our events), you would have included your email address in your sign-up form. Within 3 working days, you will receive an email from the WealthPark team stating that your account has been activated. In the email, will be a link which, upon clicking, will bring you to the exchange-selection page.
Select your preferred exchange and click on the icon on the top right of the page to save. You are now ready to use WealthPark’s premium features!
Can I use WealthPark on more than one device?
Yes you may. However, please note that when you log in or use WealthPark on another device, you will be logged out of your previous device. Example: If you decide to log into WealthPark using mobile phone 2, you will be automatically logged out of WealthPark on mobile phone 1, which you may have been using last night.
* Important note for iPad users: Please note that the iPad-optimized interface for WealthPark will only be released in the first quarter of 2019.
I am unable to view some information about a company. What happened?
There could be a multitude of reasons why you are unable to view a company’s data or the company’s data appearing patchy. Few of the many reasons could be, the company is going through a reconciliation exercise, in the process of being delisted or simply because it hasn’t been updated yet.
And while there are circumstances that may not be within our control, our promise to you is to do our best in providing you with the latest and the most accurate company data, as soon as we can.
I did not receive any emails about WealthPark. What can I do?
Check your junk mail! We’ve most probably landed ourselves there.
And to make sure you receive all our future communications, add firstname.lastname@example.org as one of your contacts.
This way, we will be able to land in your inbox properly.
Can I change my registered email address with WealthPark?
While there is currently no way for you to do this yourself within the app, you may still drop us an email at email@example.com with your new email address, and we will change it manually for you at our end.
How do I select the news that gets to be on my newsfeed?
Select the icon at the bottom of the screen, and you will see “General” and “General Investing”.
By clicking into each of these category, you will see a list of pages, blogs or websites whose news you would able to subscribe to.
Once subscribed, news from these pages will appear in your Home page each time you open WealthPark
How do I select stock tickers to be on my watchlist?
Select the icon at the bottom of the screen, click on “Search” at the top of the page and enter the name of the company that you are looking for.
The company that you are searching for will appear with a symbol next to it. By clicking on that symbol, this company will be added to your watchlist.
I would like to upgrade my package. How do I go about doing it?
You may upgrade anytime during your one-year subscription.
Should you decide to upgrade, your previous plan will be cancelled, and we will refund the remaining amount to your card.
Your new plan will then take precedence and your subscription date will be according to your new plan.
Example: On 31stAugust 2018, Mr X would like to upgrade from the Basic plan (USD120) to the Value plan (USD365) after 6 months.
He proceeds to write in to the WealthPark team at firstname.lastname@example.org for his request.
The WealthPark team deducts USD365 from Mr X’s credit card and proceeds to refund USD60 (remaining amount from the Basic plan) to his credit card.
Mr X is now subscribed to the Value plan, which will expire on 31stAugust 2019.
How many animals does WealthPark has?
Represents companies which have continually achieved stable and high revenue and/or earnings growth due to their unique and strong competitive advantage. They also have the ability to reinvest and compound their earnings at high rates of return. Suitable for investors who want to explore or invest in companies for capital gains.
Represents companies that might pay out consistent and sustainable dividends. Suitable for investors who want to explore or invest in companies which give out dividends to their shareholders at an acceptable yield.
Represents companies which have achieved high revenue and/or earnings growth, which may not necessarily be stable. Suitable for investors who wants to explore or hold companies for capital gains. Typically Cheetahs may be faster growers than Gorillas but are considered less stable.
Represents companies that are asset-heavy. For example, investment holdings, diversified financial group and real estate companies. Suitable for investors who want to explore or invest in companies for their assets.
Represents companies whose revenue or earnings growth is lower than that of the industry.
Represents represents companies that cannot be classified.
